It was so unbelivable that no one, NO ONE, who cared about a dead little girl by the street. What more the van driver who ran into the little girl, stopped the car, never came down, and ran over her again with the back tyre [as if the toddler was a bump]. Literally ran over the kid's abdomen part. Gosh. Reported 18 passers-by ignored the dead kid. I was kind of angry until I read that in that country, previously a driver stopped by to help an elderly woman who got knocked by a car was accused of being the person knocking her down by the elderly woman herself! Like what a phrase in cantonese says, "hou sum mou hou bou".
They actually have a video on the kid being ran over on youtube... Very heart wrecking to watch.
