Love Language

It's either you possess and implement to your friends or you receive love through it.

Words of Affirmation

With this it means encouraging. If you are a person who possess this love language, you are a person who gives encouragement to others very much. "Good job!","You look beautiful today!","You're really good at this..","I believe you can do!","You inspire me a lot..","You're a great event planner! The event last night was a blast!","My son you're so clever!" etc etc. For you who posses this gift, it is really easy for you to say. But not everyone have your ability.. Some may find it very difficult to even say "I think you really did a great job in your presentation..". "You know, I really miss you".

For you who receive love through this love language, you feel great when someone compliment you. When you're at the deepest ocean in your life, a person who comes by a gives you a pat on the back, encourages you it's not the end of the world, you get back right up ;) But when someone critics on your dressing one particular day, or said "you fatty", that cuts your heart deeply.

Quality Time

This is my kind of thing. I guess I am a person who receives love from friends who spends time with me! :D For you who receive love through quality time spent from your friends like meeee, you really appreciate the presence of your friends. Time spent together builds up your relationship with your friends. The feel of belonging and not being left alone.. You don't really like being alone (except for your personal Me Time). When you are being left alone you feel agitated, discomfort and self conscious.

For you who pratice this, what more do I need to say? You stick around your friends like glue. You like to be around them. Whenever a buddy calls you to yum cha you would absolutely say yes! Last minute plan staying back in college to accompany your friend who is doing something which has nothing to do with you.

Gifts

Those who posses this love language, you buy stuffs! Not souvenirs... I mean stuffs where you buy randomly when you have a thought! For example after lunch you went window shopping with your friends, strolling around, and you saw something which makes you think of someone who likes it very much. You buy it and you give it to that particular friend without any special occasion. In short, you love to shower your friends, or maybe close friends with gifts!

And for you who loveeeee receiving gifts, which I know there are, you feel loved and appreciated when someone gives you gifts! You get really excited, happy, curious about the gifts. And I know you really love your birthday ;)

Acts of Service

My sister posses this love language! She loves to do stuffs for everyone.. Washing the dishes, clean the toilet, cook for you, fold you clothes, do your bed.. etc etc. I mean, come on, those without this love language, I don't think you would clean the toilet without being told right? Even if you clean without being told, it's because it's time to clean. These people really enjoy doing stuffs for you. Whatever they can offer help in, they will do it for you. I think, they have a sense of satisfaction or accomplishment in doing something for people or for themselves.

Those who receive love through this language, you, really, love, people, doing, stuffs for you. You are happy that people carry your bag for you (I guess this is why some guys carry their gf's bag), finish your homework for you, bring you a cup of tea, clean your messy study table! Aey?

Physical touch

Possessors are molestors! Hahaha! They love to touch, cling your hands, hug you, "accidentally" bump into you while walking, stick really really close to you or play with your hair! Anything which have to do with touch is their way of showing love. They assume everyone receives love through touch. Because touch is something which makes you feel close.

You guys who receive love through touch, of course not many people are touchers. You like when someone hugs you, be close to you, feeling secured. And I think, most of you are touchers too! That's how you receive love. You hug people in order for you to be hugged. You cling on other people's hand in order to be close.

Then again, not everyone is comfortable another person's love language. We do not possess only one love language, we have all of them. It's just the matter of which one you put more in practise and which one you are comfortable with. All 5 of the love language can be practised too!
