People can tell wonders and highly elaborated explanations, plus rainbow colours when they look at a purely red colour painted art piece.

I can only give the answer "It's red."

When ask to elaborate further....

"Simple, and red in colour."

It is good to stay focus on your goal, and run towards your finishing point.

It is better if you could take a break, lay back on the grass and look at things revolving around you.

Then when you finished your run, you'd remember you at least did had a little fun instead of pushing yourself max til the end.
