Word of The Day

"Overprotective"

Overprotective parents
Being protective to the child is good. Being overprotective is not so good. It somehow says that the child cannot take care of their own. Freedom of child totally controlled. The child will most probably feel frustrated, anger, humilation, not trusted and etc.

Overprotective friends
Over-overprotective is too much. Come on, care for that friend of yours, if he/she doesn't take what you tell them then it's on their own. Instead of keep bugging them, wasting your time and saliva. Overprotective is only needed when that friend is seriously in deep shit. But, I guess it would be too late by then. Friend who's being overprotected feels spoilt, annoyed, live-your-own-life-please, I-rather-not-have-you-as-my-friend and etc.

Overprotective boyfriend
Calls you every 5 mins to ask where you, who you're with, as if you belong to ONLY him. Being sensitive even you talk to a guy friend. Jealousy. Not allowing you to even fail once, thinking that it's his responsibility to not let you get "hurt". Girlfriend would most probably feels SPOILT, no personal space, eyed 24/7, annoyed and etc
