Gorgeous People vs Ugly People

How true can this statement be? I bumped into a friend somewhere, and thought of being nice I would just say hi. Since the friend of mine is always greeting me whenever we met. Okay, wrong move. The friend of mine was actually in the middle of a conversation, so I guess I was left unanswered the moment I greeted, for like.... 20 secs? That friend of mine has the aura that everyone wants to be real close with him/her, but I just don't get it. At that moment I just look like one of them which I am not! So, I guess gorgeous people with good looks and 'everything perfect' are just doing the touch-n-go greetings. Showing off they have tons and loads of friends.

Stated in the newspaper that people who are not so good looking, is very much more friendly and sincere towards their friend. That's because they are not treated as well/perfectly pampered as the gorgeous people. Hence they really try to be nice and value every single friends they have.
