Is it that important to know how to use make ups for a girl??

For your information, I don't really know how to use make ups.

My cousin nagged me before about getting make up stuffs.

Yes, I salute her for owning so many "incredible" things that can change a person's face.

For example, I didn't know that it is encouraged to put base before foundation.

What is the difference???

And brushing some powdery thing from round thingy on the face after make up.

What is the use of that thing??

Layers and layers of make ups can actually cover flaws.

Woah.

The uses of eye liner, can actually enlarge a person's eye? Seriously?

Not forgetting about mascara. Lengthens the eye lashes. This I know.

Oh yea! Eye shadow. How did they even discover this.

What colour to make your eyes look smaller and don't know what colour to make your eyes bigger, some other colour to make your eyes sharper.
